My name is Arkadiusz Wiśniecki. I am system analyst with 8 years of experience and a demonstrated history of working in different domains (telecommunication, tax, OTC derivatives).My excellent communication skills help me with understanding the needs of stakeholders while strong technical skills are useful when designing technical solutions and discussing those with the development teams.I am also a big agile and DevOps enthusiast who is eager to learn new things and likes sharing his knowledge with people around.
During my career in software development, I was working also as a Scrum master. I worked in this role with two separate teams.To the first team, I have joined half a year after the project kick-off. I helped to overcome the chaos and bridge a gap between the development team and a business team. I was working with that team for 1.5 years.The second team we were building from the scratch and setting up the SCRUM process from the beginning. The team has grown to 7 people and delivered the working product after four months of development. Since the go-live, the team is enhancing the solution by applying the best CI/CD practices.

System and business analyst for a tax project that was aimed to integrate the data from over 50 different ERP instances from around a world. The goal of the project was to support the global process of the tax audit. In the project, there were many applications (data warehouse, Bi reports, workflow application) that needed to create consistent results to support the global tax audit process in the company. In my position, I was responsible for making sure that all those apps work together to generate meaningful insights and produce high quality data for the users.

Business/System Analyst for regulatory reporting in OTC Derivatives projects for UBS Investment Bank. The goal of the application was to gather detailed data (from multiple front-office applications) about all OTC transactions. Based on this data it was identifying the regulators that should be notified about the transaction (eg. FCA, CFTC, FINMA) and sending to each of them a report in the proper format.
